OnLive support has confirmed that is working on bringing support for its Universal Controller to the Google Nexus 7. Support for the Universal Controller will allow owners of the Nexus 7 to play OnLive streaming video games. There is no indication of exactly when support for the controller will come to the Google tablet.
OnLive only said that it hopes to have support for the controller "shortly." The OnLive Universal Controller sells for $50 provides Android tablets and smartphones to better controls for the streaming video games offered by the game service.
