Samsung Tips Next Galaxy Note Launch for August 29th

Samsung has tipped that will be launching a new Galaxy Note product during an event to be held on August 29. It's not clear what exactly the new product will be at this point. Rumors claim that the product will be the Galaxy Note II and the device will have a 5.5-inch display.

Other rumored specs include 1.7 GHz processor, a 12-megapixel rear camera, and the latest version of Android. Considering Samsung called it a Galaxy Note "product" this could be a tablet without smartphone functionality.
