MetroPCS has announced that it is currently rolling out voice over LTE service and many of its areas. To go along with the new voice over LTE service the company has also launched the world's first commercially available voice over LTE smartphone. The smartphone is the LG Connect 4G.
The smartphone runs Android 2.3 and has a dual core 1.2 GHz processor. The screen is a four-inch NOVA unit and the phone has a five-megapixel rear camera capable of recording 720p HD video. The smartphone is available now in some markets for $249.
