Just because you don't have room in your living room for a large surround sound speaker system doesn't mean you can't have better sound. A company called Proficient Audio has debuted a new under TV sound system called the MaxTV MT2. This device is larger than your typical sound bar and TVs up to 160 pounds can be placed on top of it.
It has four 2.5-inch midrange speakers into one-inch dome tweeters in the front. It also has a pair of 5.25-inch down-firing subwoofers in their own vented internal enclosures. The speaker uses for 20-1 digital amplifiers and carries an MSRP of $599.
