Sony X Headphones to Launch Later This Month with Heavy the X Factor Promotion

Sony set to launch a new audio product called the Sony X Headphones. These headphones will be heavily promoted during the TV show The X Factor with Simon Cowell. The headphones will sell for $299, are foldable, and ship with a carrying case.

The X Headphones are aimed directly at the Beats line of audio products. Sony's headphones will feature a removable cord and will ship with a cord that is straight for music playback and record with a three button remote works with the iPhone.
