I just found out of a massive internet outage as one of our hosted gallery services is offline. The reason for the outage is that GoDaddy's DNS is under attack. Domains registered or using GoDaddy DNS servers are not accessible. This means millions of sites are offline.
A hacker part of the Anonymous collective claims responsibility according to Mashable. Anonymous Own3r tweets that the attack is only coming from him. GoDaddy issued a status alert on Twitter an hour ago that they work on it. Well, it has been 1 hour already. If your business depends on GoDaddy than you have a major issue right now.
