Report from Korea says that Samsung plans to sue Apple over LTE patent infringement in the iPhone 5.
Is Samsung hitting back hard at Apple after losing big to Apple in court over the design patent infringement? The Korea Times reports that industry sources say that Samsung prepares a lawsuit against Apple over the LTE technology found in the upcoming iPhone 5.

If this report is true then the iPhone 5 launch could become messy. Samsung would try to get sales bans in every country and depending how courts decide hamper iPhone 5 sales. These patent battles between companies are never good for consumers. Let's just hope this report is not true and everybody who wants a new iPhone gets one.
The new iPhone 5 will be announced this Wednesday September 12 at 10am PDT. The iPhone 5 sales are then to begin September 21. Rumored features of the new iPhone 5 include a larger screen, A6 CPU, iOS 6, small dock connector and 4G LTE. The overall design would not change dramatically. The backside material is not glass anymore as Apple introduces a unibody design. The rumors also say that the iPhone 5 is very thin.
