iPhone 5 LTE confirmed

The Apple Site search also reveals that the iPhone 5 will indeed have LTE. Just search LTE.

The Apple.com site search has already indexed pages that Apple will release after the Apple Event later today. The URLs already though reveal what Apple is announcing. We already reported that the new iPhone will be indeed be named iPhone 5. There will be a new iPod touch and a new iPod nano. Apple also reveals a iTunes 11.

If you still have not been sure if Apple is supporting 4G LTE in the iPhone 5 then search LTE on Apple.com. You get in the results a url: http://www.apple.com/iphone/LTE.

The page is not live, but says all.

The new iPhone 5 will be unveiled today at 10am PDT in the Yerba Buena Center in San Francisco. The iPhone 5 Event will be opened by Tim Cook. The iPhone 5 Pre-order is rumored to start Friday, September 14. The iPhone 5 sales are supposed to begin September 21. Rumored features of the new iPhone 5 include a larger screen, A6 CPU, iOS 6, small dock connector and 4G LTE. The overall design would not change dramatically. The backside material is not glass anymore as Apple introduces a unibody design. The rumors also say that the iPhone 5 is very thin. Besides the iPhone 5 Apple is also expected to unveil new iPod touch, iPod nano and iPod shuffle. Apple also unveils iTunes 11.
