Apple Event Live Video Stream is Not Available

The Apple iPod event in 2010 was the last time Apple streamed a media event live. Today's Apple Event announcing the iPhone 5 will not be streamed live.

The Apple Event announcing the iPhone 5 will start in about 1 hour. Apple is yet again not offering a live video stream of the media event. if you google Apple Event Live Video stream" you get some hits on UStream and Justin.tv, but these unofficial streams almost never work. The best way to follow the September 12 Apple event is with live blogs. We have earlier selected the Top 3 Apple Event Live blogs. I will use one or two of them to follow the event.

For patient people there is always the option to not use the internet for the next 3 hours and wait for Apple to release the video of the iPhone 5 event.

About today's Apple Event:

The new iPhone 5 will be unveiled today at 10am PDT in the Yerba Buena Center in San Francisco. The iPhone 5 Event will be opened by Tim Cook. The iPhone 5 Pre-order is rumored to start Friday, September 14. The iPhone 5 sales are supposed to begin September 21. Rumored features of the new iPhone 5 include a larger screen, A6 CPU, iOS 6, small dock connector and 4G LTE. The overall design would not change dramatically. The backside material is not glass anymore as Apple introduces a unibody design. The rumors also say that the iPhone 5 is very thin. Besides the iPhone 5 Apple is also expected to unveil new iPod touch, iPod nano and iPod shuffle. Apple also unveils iTunes 11.
