Samsung ridicules Apple Fans in iPhone 5 Lines with new Ad
Samsung has since a while a TV commercial campaign that ridicules Applefans waiting for the next big thing in front of Apple Stores. Samsung's message is that the next big thing is already here with the Samsung Galaxy S3. Now Samsung released yet another one of these ads now talking about the iPhone 5. The commercial is very timely as indeed right now Apple fans camp in front of Apple stores to get a chance to own the iPhone 5 on launch day.
This fact makes the ad actually even more insulting to Apple fans. Samsung really believes that Apple fans will never buy Samsung in the future, else they would treat them differently. The new ad is a tad more agressive and makes Apple fans look more stupid than in previous ads.
One of the first dialogs is: Apple fan: "The Headphone Jack is on the Bottom" - makes head explode gesture. Next dialog goes like this: Apple fan: "I heard the new connector is all digital. What does it even mean?"
Watch the new Samsung commercial below. What do you think? Will you buy anything from Samsung after this?

The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.
The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
