Looxcie HD Camera Streams Live Video

Looxcie has unveiled its latest wearable camcorder called the Looxcie HD. The new camera has integrated Wi-Fi and allows the user to stream live video to Facebook or smartphones using an application. The camera can record in full HD resolution and streamed video is in 480p resolution.

The camera went up for pre-order last week with pricing ranging from $279.99 to $349.99 depending on the configuration. The camera is designed to be rugged and apps are available for iOS 5.0 and up as well as Android 2.3.3 and higher.
