Apple to Meet with Swiss Railway over Copying Clock Design

Reports have been coming in over the last week that Apple has been accused of copying the design of a clock owned by the Swiss railway service. Apple allegedly copied the design of the Swiss clock and used it in its iPad clock app. It's clear from the trademarked Swiss clock design and Apple's iPad app that Apple did copy the design.

Reports claim that Apple and the Swiss Federal Railway service are set to meet over the unauthorized use of the clock design. Apparently, the Swiss Federal Railway service doesn't intend to ask Apple for money. The Swiss railway service says that it is "proud" that its clock design was chosen for iOS 6.
