Mark Zuckerberg to announce 1 Billion Users on Today Show?

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is scheduled to appear on NBC's Today Show this morning to announce what is called a "Historic Milestone." The guess is that Zuckerberg will announce 1 billion active Facebook users.

Mark Zuckerberg will be on NBC's Today show today. Matt Lauer has already taped the interview with Mark Zuckerberg earlier this week. Some things have been already revealed by a report about the interview.

In the interview Mark Zuckerberg has for instance revealed that he wears the same things every day. He has about 20 grey t-shirts in his closet. Another tidbit that Zuckerberg revealed is that he got a free iPhone 5 from Apple CEO Tim Cook.

Besides these revelation there is also supposed an announcement of an historic milestone for Facebook. TNW makes the argument that this is likely the fact that Facebook has now 1 billion active users. The emphasis is on active. Facebook is seen to having passed the 1 billion user milestone a while ago.
