The Lexar Media JumpDrive™ 2.0 Pro (MSRP: $199.99) is a new 256MB portable
flash drive that utilizes the USB 2.0. The key chain sized digital
memory storage device is capable of a sustained read speed of 6.0MB
per second and a sustained write speed of 4.5MB per second, providing
the fastest way to transfer files through a computer's USB port to a
connected USB flash drive.
The JumpDrive
2.0 Pro stores up to four CDs of MP3 music or about 176 floppy disks
of data and is capable of transferring 200 megabytes of video files in
less than 50 seconds; 75 times faster than a floppy disk and six times
faster than a USB 1.1 flash drive.
