Samsung is diluting the Galaxy S III brand with two new models in the line-up. Yesterday we reported about the Galaxy S III mini and now NTT DoCoMo unveiled the Galaxy S III alpha. The Galaxy S III alpha has higher performance using the same setup as the new Galaxy Note II.
The new Galaxy S III alpha runs on the 1.6GHz Exynos 4412 quad-core CPU, this is 200Mhz faster than the original Galaxy S III. Other features of the Galaxy S3 alpha include Android 4.1, 4.8-inch HD Super AMOLED Display (1280×720px), Wi-Fi, NFC, 8MP and 1.9MP cameras, 1Seg TV and 2100mAh battery. Via SammyHub.
The question is now if the Galaxy S III alpha will also be available at some point in the United States.
