Microsoft will Make more Computers

Microsoft will release its first computers tomorrow. The Microsoft Surface is a very well designed tablet that can take on the Apple iPad. The new Apple iPad 4 is the best tablet on the market for many reasons, but the Microsoft Surface tablets have unique features like the touch cover that make it a great choice for Windows fans.

Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer told the BBC that Microsoft is going to make more hardware. This could mean more trouble for Microsoft partners. Right now if anybody would ask me which Windows 8 RT tablet to buy, I would point them to the Microsoft Surface. How will Acer, Asus, Dell, HP and others keep the Microsoft hardware not taking away their business? Only time will tell, but if Microsoft keeps innovating like this in the hardware segment than smaller hardware makers that have no strong enterprise business will suffer or even go away.
