The iPad mini went on pre-order today. The iPad mini Wi-Fi ships on November 2. The iPad mini with LTE has only a unspecific release date. First customers got now a delivery date that falls on Black Friday 2012.
iPad mini Wi-Fi + Cellular ships Black Friday 2012
The iPad mini went on pre-order earlier today. The white iPad mini Wi-Fi is already sold out and ships with 2 weeks delay. According to 9to5Mac the iPad mini Wi-Fi + Cellular will ship on November 23, which is Black Friday 2012. If this date will hold up remains to be seen. The day before Black Friday is a Holiday (Thanksgiving).
We do not expect to see a Black Friday iPad mini deal. The product is too new and supply appears already tight. What we will see are iPad 2 deals and also iPad 4 deals. The Apple Black Friday 2012 sale will also feature the iPad 2 and iPad 4 in the always very short list of Apple Black Friday deals.
You can still pre-order the new iPad mini on the Apple Store.

The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.
The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
