Best Buy is one of the best stores to score early Black Friday deals. Especially TV and laptop deals have been extraordinary in past years. Best Buy does not disappoint this year. There is a very cool TV deal and a bargain Windows 8 laptop deal. Best Buy's early Black Friday sale deal highlights are a $379.99 42-inch Insignia 1080p 120Hz HDTV and a $274.99 Windows 8 Toshiba Laptop.
