Apple Offers One Dollar per iPhone to License Motorola Patents
Apple and Samsung are set to go into contract negotiations next week to determine how much Apple will have to pay for FRAND patents that Motorola owns. The patents in question are basic patents that Motorola has no choice but the license at a reasonable price that have to do with cellular and Wi-Fi standards.
Apple is already stated that it will pay no more than one dollar per iPhone ever made to license the patents. Apple is also stated that if courts order Samsung asked for more is ready to litigate an appeal is far as possible.
