Twitter activity During Election Day 2012 Sets New Records

The 2012 Presidential Elections are over and Barack Obama came out as clear winner early. President Barack Obama has now four more years to make things happen. Twitter has published a report with the highlights of the Election Night 2012 on Twitter. There have been 31 million tweets during Election Day 2012. The tweets hit a high during the result announcements on the news reaching 327,452 tweets per minute.
