AT&T Expands Facetime Availability over Its Mobile Network at No Cost
 

More no additional cost Facetime coverage.

AT&T customers were in an uproar when the wireless carrier announced that it would be charging more to allow Facetime calls to be made over its mobile data network. AT&T customers ride and AT&T backtracked. This week the wireless carrier announced that it would be expanding the availability of Facetime over its cellular network at no additional cost.

AT&T specifically calls out no additional cost for iOS 6 users. AT&T says that it will also offer Facetime to customers with AT&T Mobile Share plans at no additional cost and Apple video calling service will still be available over Wi-Fi.
