Amazon tries again to export the Black Friday phenomenon to Europe this year with the Black Friday Deals Week 2012 on Amazon UK.

Black Friday is a very American phenomenon. Over the past years global retailers like Amazon and Apple tried to export the Black Friday idea to Europe with not much success. It just is another sale among many and not the highly anticipated event as it is in the United States.

Amazon is bringing their massive Black Friday Deals Week to Amazon UK. The Amazon UK Black Friday 2012 sale has started and offers the first deals.

Deal highlights available today include 30% off Gaggia coffee machines, up to 70% off Fragrance and 1,000 Kindle Books £2.99 or less.

Black Friday Deals Week 2012 on Amazon UK are available on the Today's Deals page from November 19 to 25 and feature over 1,000 Lightning Deals, time and quantity limited offers on some of our best products. If you missed deals during the week, you can try to get them again over the Black Friday Reloaded weekend on November 24 and 25. 

The US Amazon Black Friday Deals Week has also launched.
