Tomorrow is Small Business Saturday. In 2010 American Express founded Small Business Saturday to help small businesses get more exposure during one of the biggest shopping weekends of the year.
Last year, over 100 million people came out to shop at independently-owned small businesses on the day. According to American Express Small Business Saturday 2012 will be even bigger.
The message of Small Business Saturday is to consumers to think about local small businesses and support them buy shopping there tomorrow. I actually support small businesses all year long. I just like it that there are small stores in my neighborhood that provide quality products and services. Find Small Businesses in your neighborhood on the Small Business Saturday site.
Walmart is though not making room for the Small Business Saturday this year and already launches the Walmart Cyber Monday Sale tomorrow.
The I4U News Black Friday hub will convert into Cyber Monday central starting Saturday.
