Amazon got an early lead this morning in terms of deal quality. Amazon offers $30 off Kindle Fire Tablet ($129!) and a huge sale on Panasonic 3D LED TVs including the $999 55-inch Panasonic TC-L55DT50 3D 1080p 240Hz LED HDTV.

Walmart holds against with a $189 32-inch 1080p LCD HDTV on Walmart and a$159 Xbox 360 4G Skylanders Bundle.
