New Nintendo Wii U out-sold Wii in First Week

The Nintendo Wii U sold 400,000 units in the first week, this is 100,000 more than the original Wii sold in 2006. Regis Fils-Amie dropped that bomb in an interview with CNET. So is Nintendo on to something with the Wii U? I am not that blown away by the Wii U and reviews are mixed. But apparently the Wii U is off to a great start.
