Sony Japan announced (raw translation of press-release) the new Sony DSC-V1 5MP Digital Camera.
Equipped with "Super HAD CCD" chip the camera delivers 5 mega pixel resolution. The DSC-V1 features a 4x zoom lens.
The camera is packed with features like adjustable shutter time and mode, histogram display, etc.
The Sony DSC-V1 supports the 1GB Memory Stick Pro.
The 5MP digital camera will go on sale for about 100,000yen in Japan on May 23rd.
