Panasonic offers Home Network Camera BB-NWC150 (raw translation) in Japan.
The Wireless Camera connects via a 802.11b network to the internet.
By entering the camera address in the web browser on your computer or cell phone, you can view your house just as you look at other web sites.
You can also control the camera position left to right and up and down at 360-degree angles on the web site.
The Panasonic Home Network camera is positioned as a home surveillance device.
