Sony Japan announces (raw translation) the KDE-P50HZ1 and the KDE-P42HZ1 Plasma TVs.
The KDE-P50HZ1 and the KDE-P42HZ1 Plasma TVs connect to broadband internet via ADSL. The ultra stylish remote is actually a color LCD Display, that can also be used to surf the internet besides switching channels.

The new Sony Plasma TVs start selling on Oct. 10th in japan for 1.4mio. yen ($11,629.84) and 1.15mio. yen ($9,553.08).
