On Thursday August 28, I become the first person outside of Hand Held Entertainment to actually hold a working, wire free, battery powered (4 AAA) prototype of the coolest personal consumer electronics digital device of the 2003 Fall selling season, the ZVUE!, portable video player. Although, the 9th floor town down San Francisco office was filled with bright sunlight, the 2.5” TFT color screen was crisp and clear. Suspension of disbelief is possible.
