Details on How HP bought Palm revealed

HP bought struggling Palm end of last month for $1.2billion. It came a bit of a surprise as HP was not appearing in the rumors surrounding the Palm sale. Engadget published today interesting details on a bidding war for Palm that involved 5 companies.
HP just won by offering 20 cents more last minute. From the report it is apparent that Palm favored HP as a buyer.
I still think HP is the best thing that could happen to Palm. I am looking forward to see a HP WebOS Tablet and new cool HP WebOS Phones.
