No Acer Chrome OS Netbooks says Acer at Computex 2010

Last week we reported about a rumor that Acer would unveil Google Chrome OS netbooks at the Computex 2010. Well according to an official statement from Acer this is not true.

According to Digitimes Acer also states to have no short term plans for Google Chrome OS based devices.

I already stated my sceptism in the first report and it just got confirmed now. I do not think that we will see any Chrome OS based devices yet.
