This week lots of mobile phone have been announced and I4U tries to keep up and report about the important ones. The major reason for the onslaught of new phones is the 3GSM Show in Cannes this week.
Philips announced new consumer oriented phones with their new Snap, Tag & Send concept for sending (via MMS) personalized photos, drawings and handwritten notes thanks to the built-in touch screen.
The Philips 759 and 755 mobile phones integrated VGA cameras, 7MB memory and a 128 x 160 TFT color Screen. Both Phones are tri-band.
The phones have installed photo editing software to manipulate the pictures and add graphics and text and send them as personalized greeting cards via MMS.
The phones also feature a music mixing software called BeDJ, which lets users create, store and share up to nine distinctive music mixes.

The Philips 759 and 755 will be introduced in Europe in the third quarter of 2004.
