The Neonode N-1 Smart Phone announced back in December 2002, is still our 3rd most read story on I4U. That of a big splash the tiny mobile phone made back then.
Mobil.se has a story that the Noenode N-1 is shipping now. Also the Neonode Homepage changed. Actually its shipping to a limited group of people who have pre-ordered as the Nenode N-1 still needs some more software updates.
I know it is coming and it is real, as I was fortunate enough to play with it a couple of weeks ago, when I was in Sweden. I cannot tell more about this right now, besides that "I WANT TO HAVE A NEONODE N1"!
The Neonode has a touch screen an runs Microsoft Windows Mobile OS with a custom user interface. The Neonode N1 includes a digital camera. The handset is only 52 x 88 x 21mm small and weighs 90 grams.
In May 2003 Neonode postponed the launch of the N1. Read their press-release from back then.
You can sign-up for their Newseletter to get updates.
