NEC in Japan announces new mid-range mobile phones for the Chinese market.
The new NEC Mobile Phones are 2.5G and sport 1.8" Color screens and a 300k pixel camera. The phones support Java, MMS and MPeg movies. Not much more details on the Nec N100, N109 and N110 available in NEC's Press-Release (japanese).
