EverthingUSB reports about Plextor releasing another DivX device in its ConvertX line .

Plextor has announced the world's first DivX Certified USB PVR. Basically, it has a NTSC TV tuner with time-shift and direct-to-disc feature. Unique to this PVR is its ability to encode DivX as well as MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 before the video enters the PC. Additionally, it can convert tapes or camcorder video from NTSC, PAL and SEAM video sources.
