Camborg reports about new D-Snap Digital Cameras from Panasonic.

Technically the SV-AS30 and the SV-AS3 are very similar. The difference is in the size of the digital cameras and the design. The SV-AS3 is thicker and heavier. the SV-AS3 measures 52.5x88.7x21.2mm and weighs 75.1g.
The SV-AS30 is a bit thicker as the 2MP SV-AS10 that is currently on the market with 53.2x103x14mm and weighs 58.5g. The SV-AS30 and the SV-AS3 feature 3.2 mega-pixel and better MP4 capabilities than the SV-AS10 model.

The SV-AS30 and the SV-AS3 can record MPEG4 video with 30 frames/sec. The new D-Snap Cameras can play AAC/WMA/MP3 music with a extended play-time of 36 hours.
The DSnap SV-AS3 and SV-AS30 have an HDTV 16:9 image resolution mode (1920x1080) meant for photo viewing on HDTV Televisions.
