Creative launched the new Zen Micro officially on their Site.
On Monday Gizmodo had already published a brochure scan of the new iPod Mini competitor. There is still no pricing or shipping date information. Creative offers to pre-order by phone on the Zen Micro Product Page.
The design of the Zen Micro is very eye catching. It comes in 10 colors and the border on the front lights up in the chosen color. The display has 160 x 104 pixel resolution and is a blue EL backlit LCD. From the looks I like the Zen Micro better than the Rio Carbon. Lets see what the first reviews say when it becomes available.
The Creative Zen Micro features as the Rio Carbon a 5GB HDD, one Gigabyte more than the iPod Mini. The Zen Micro measures 3.3"x2"x0.7". The iPod mini measures 3.6"x2.0"x0.5".
More details on the Creative Zen Micro Product Page.
