Samsung introduces a 5 mega-pixel digital camera mobile phone. With 5MP a camera phone is basically now a state-of-the-art digital camera, that also can be used to make a call.
Besides having a 5MP digital camera function the Samsung SCH-S250 also features a industry's first 16Mio. QVGA color display. The camera module was developed by Pentax. The shutter speed of the camera is 1/1000sec. A TV-out is provided on the new samsung phone to view photos. The SCH-S250 has 92MB internal memory. The phone has also a MP3 player function.
The Samsung SCH-S250 5MP Camera phone will be available on the Korean market. Now word yet if it will sell outside of Korea anytime soon.
