Toshiba releases a new TV Phone dubbed V603T, that Vodafone will offer in Japan.
The Toshiba V603T features a 2.4 inch QVGA (320x240) screen and a small stand to actually place the phone on a table like a TV - very neat.
The TV phone also can play video from a miniSD card making it a PVP. The terrestrial TV tuner can also receive FM Radio. Of course the 603T features a 1.3MP digital camera. The new Toshiba phone measures 50x103x25mm and weighs 142g.
