Warner Brothers updates the Looney Tunes with new futuristic characters called the Loonatics.

Set in the year 2772 Bugs Bunny is called Buzz Bunny and is a superhero action figure. The new kids series starts this fall in the USA.
I prefer the original Bugs, but I am not the target group. WB wants to get at the young kids with the Loonatics. Will see if it becomes a hit.
MSNBC has a video report showing some brief animated sequences of the new Loonatics characters.
