The Canon and Toshiba Joint Venture SED Inc. (Surface-conduction Electron-emitter Display) shows a Flat Panel Display with 100,000:1 contrast ratio.
We reported about a Samsung PDP TV, that has 10,000:1 and that was already huge.
I would really like to see 100,000:1 contrast ratio first hand, but maybe it will make my eyes bleed. Who knows.
