Nintendo Revolution Details from E3 Conference

Photos of the Nintendo Revolution have already been leaked before the Nintendo E3 press-conference in LA.

The Nintendo Press conference started about 45 minutes late. I am watching the live coverage on IGN.

The conference has started. Read below my live transcript.

First Highlight, Nintendo announces Gameboy micro!

Nintendogs huge success in Japan. Reason for DS success in Japan. Nintendogs US version preview. This is definitly not targeted at me! There is a little ugly dog on the screen and reacts like a tamagotchi. Nintendogs reacts to voice input and stylus input.

10:15am
Nintendo announces Gameboy Micro! Tiny game consoles as big as a iPod mini. It plays gameboy advance games.

10:20am

10:30am
Nintendo Revolution is a virtual game console meaning it can download any Nintendo game that got published ever!

10:42am
Nintendo shows previews of upcoming games including Zelda and a couple mario games. Wonder if more Revolution details will emerge.

10:45am
Its over. So Nintendo stays mum about what the Revolution can do on new things. It can play old games and it is for everybody and it connects with the internet. Hope there is more to it. But they did a great job with the Nintendo Gameboy micro - that was a cool surprise and it looks like a winner!
