M-Systems introduces a Flash drive with 176GB capacity.

M-Systems claims that the flash drive is the market's highest capacity, highest performance Flash Drive for Military and Aerospace Applications, Servers and Broadcasting Systems. Questions: Why not for my Notebook?

The M-Systems 3.5" FFD Ultra320 SCSI flash drive has a data transfer rate of 320MB/s.

M-Systems is also known for beeing the patent owner of the USB Flash drive technology.
