Apparently a Hydrofoil in the shape of a dolphin will be in production soon.
The VASH (Variable Attitude Submersible Hydrofoil) also called Bionic Dolphin basically flies through the water. The newest prototype is powered by a V8 engine. Californian Thomas A. Rowe had the idea back in 74. He is building custom made dolphins right now and prepares also the first production model with sales planned to start in 2006.
