Google Confirms Payment Service Plans

Google's CEO Eric Schmidt confirms that Google is working on a payment service.

Rumors about a Google Wallet service appeared Monday. Eric Schmidt says that Google is not going to compete with PayPal. The payment service would be different. This might just confirm the Micropayment theory.
Google did not reveal any details on what their new payment service will be like and when it will come.
