The first mp3 player that Norwegian Asono introduced was actually very interesting. Their new model called Asono Play tries to cash in on the iPod shuffle success - it has now display.
The Asono play features of course a shuffle mode and that is pretty much it, besides a 5 mode equalizer and 12 hour battery life. It plays WMA (DRM), MP3 and ASF files. As the Asono mica it comes in black or white and in 512MB or 1GB configurations.
Pricing is comparable to the Apple iPod shuffle. The 512MB version sells for 100.20 Euros.
