Fujitsu HOAP-3 Humaniod Robot

Fujitsu announces the HOAP-3 humanoid robot.

Back in 2003 we reported about the Fujitsu HOAP-2 robot and called it ugly. The Fujitsu HOAP-3 looks a bit better, but still a bit unattractive. The HOAP-3 is 60 cm tall and weighs 8.8kg. The robot can process and act on sound and visual images.
Fujitsu actually thinks to be able to sell 100 of those robots over the next years.
More details on JCN.

Of course the Repliee Q1 is the most attractive robot as it looks like a human woman. But there are also cute ones like the Sony QRIO or the Chroino robot.
