Panasonic (Matsushita) shows a color eBook prototype.

The Panasonic eBook prototype features a 5.6 inch TFT LCD XGA panel with resolution of about 210 ppi.
The Panasonic color eBook is scheduled for July 2006.

We recently reported about the availability of the Sony eBook Librie with english OS. The Sony is only displaying book page with grey scales.
