The Archos AV500 already has a long run in the technology news.
It first was pre-announced at the CeBit in 2004. Then the Archos PMA400 came that resembled the original announced AV500 feature-set. So that was actually for a while the end of the AV500.
In June rumors of the AV500 appeared again in France.
Now DAPReview spotted the Archos AV500 at a UK online store.
The Archos AV500 as already known will have a 4 inch display in 16:9 format. The size is a compact 124 x 76 x 18mm. The AV500 will support Microsoft's PlayForSure. The AV500 will be also a recorder. More specs on DAPReview.
Archos just recently updated their Archos Gmini XS 400 line.
