Dave's iPAQ found a rebate flyer from Cingular listing the HP iPAQ hw6515 and HP iPAQ hw6510 with $50 rebate.
The iPAQ hw6515 mobile messenger is also made by HTC (apparently the only company able to make Windows Smartphones on the planet).
It looks like the iPAQ hw6515 has a bit of a spotty availability. msmobiles reports that the HP smartphone was on sale in Germany, but now its discontinued. HP also only features the hw6515 only on its European site and not in the United States yet.
When exactly the new HP smartphones will be available from Cingular is not clear yet. But it looks like it will be soon.
More details on Dave's iPAQ.
